Quotes can contain personal, project and commercially sensitive information. CheckMyQuote collects the information needed to provide and support your quote check.
Information we handle
Your uploaded quote, name, email address, project location, quote type and value, file details, notes and service reference. Stripe handles card details rather than CheckMyQuote storing your card number.
How it is used
We use this information to provide the quote sense-check, deliver your result, support you, maintain service security and meet legal obligations. Quote information may also be converted into de-identified pricing and scope patterns that help maintain and improve the MeasureHub Engine.
What we do not do
We do not publish customer quotes or make them available to other customers. Raw quote documents are not used to train public AI models without separate, explicit permission.
Retention and requests
Documents are retained only for as long as reasonably needed to deliver and support the service, maintain security and records, and meet legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion. Some records may need to be retained where required by law.
